For 11 years, Wil Reynolds has dedicated himself to doing two things well: driving traffic to sites from search engines, and analyzing the impact traffic on the bottom line. Wil founded SEER Interactive, a Philadelphia-based SEO & PPC firm.
 
In this presentation, Wil explains that if your brand is strong, you can overcome friction. If an Apple product goes out of stock, customers will wait until it returns. Similarly, CRO understands friction and removes it, and that’s where the intersection of brand and CRO begins.
