Adding a form to your landing page is as easy as saying out loud "I'd like a form with first name, last name, email address and a phone number please". Done.
You can provide a customized message to show your visitors when the form is submitted, or redirect them to a different web page to progress deeper into your sales funnel.

Use the sliders to adjust the size and spacing of the form labels and input fields. Change the color, size, font and position (top or left) of the labels.
You have the choice of a CSS styled button, the default HTML button or you can use any graphical image complete with rollover states to add some visual attention to your Call To Action (recommended).
