Custom Domains, Multi User and Client Management features can be added at any time from your Unbounce dashboard.
Custom domains let you publish your landing pages to your own domain (ie. try.myservice.com or www.mysite.com) but they'll always be hosted by Unbounce. You can publish as many pages as you like to a single custom domain.
For the ultimate in collaboration, invite multiple users to your Unbounce account and give them each unique permissions. Additional Admins & Authors can be added for $10/mo. Read-Only users are always free.
Sub-accounts improve workflow and privacy by letting you manage multiple clients and campaigns within one master account. Each sub-account is isolated which keeps its pages, reports and tests separate. Additional sub-accounts can be added for $10/mo.

If you exceed your unique visitor allotment you will receive a polite email from us asking you to upgrade. That's it. Your pages will continue to function as normal, you will still be able to access your account and all your data will still be available to you.
When a new visitor comes to your landing page, we cookie them to ensure that they see the same variant next time they return. This is a Unique Visitor and they will only count once against your traffic limits. A "visit" (which you'll see in your stats) is counted everytime a user visits your page, regardless of whether they have a cookie or not.
Changing plans is really simple. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. If you are downgrading from a plan that offers extra features (i.e. Multiple Custom Domains) you may have to remove some of those extras before downgrading.
If you cancel your account within 30 days of signing up your credit card will not be billed. You can cancel your account at any time by simply clicking on the "Account" tab at the top of any page (when you're logged in).
Unbounce is a month to month service. There is no contract or long term obligation. You are billed on a monthly basis, and if you cancel you will not be billed again.
We currently accept Visa and Mastercard through our online payment system. Contact us if you'd like to pay via PayPal.
Unbounce hosts all of your pages on Amazon EC2 and we do regular (hourly) backups of all your data.
