At Unbounce, Pride is more than a moment. It’s a reflection of who we are—an ongoing commitment to inclusion, equity, and allyship for the LGBTQIA+ community.
From employee-led initiatives to industry-wide advocacy, we’re proud to stand up, speak out, and keep building a more inclusive future for all.
Over the years, our Pride initiatives have been shaped by the passion, creativity, and leadership of our team members—who drive meaningful change both within our workplace and in their broader communities. Take a look at how our employees have led the way in celebrating Pride throughout the years—and how they continue to shape our journey toward a more inclusive future.
Microsoft's Tech Loves Pride Parade. In 2018 and 2019, Unbounce proudly joined Microsoft and fellow tech leaders in the Vancouver Pride Parade to show that inclusion belongs at the heart of the tech industry.
Virtual “Show Your Pride!” event. In 2023, Insightly hosted a virtual “Show Your Pride!” event where team members played LGBTQIA+-themed mini-games—testing their knowledge while learning about the symbols, milestones, media, and movements that have shaped the community.
Pride GIFs. In 2024, Unbounce created a series of animated Pride GIFs featuring LGBTQIA+ flags—designed by our in-house team to celebrate community, visibility, and self-expression.
Vancouver Pride Art Walk. In 2021, Unbounce co-sponsored a permanent mural by local artist Christina Hryc (aka Boots) as part of the Vancouver Pride Art Walk. You can still see it today—bright, bold, and full of pride—behind Numbers Cabaret on Davie Street.
Virtual LGBTQIA+ Allyship workshop. In 2022, Insightly hosted a virtual LGBTQIA+ Allyship in the Workplace workshop—designed to spark reflection, foster understanding, and equip our team with tools to be better allies.
Contributing to exceptional charities. Since 2023, Insightly has matched employee donations to impactful organizations championing equality, human rights, and access to care. This year, Unbounce is donating $2,500 to Qmunity and Transgender Law Center—two trans-led organizations advocating for self-determination for all people.
“The freedom to express ourselves and our gender identity in creative ways fuels artistry across our country and culture – and Drag is protected by the First Amendment like any creative expression such as dance, fashion, and music. That’s why RuPaul’s Drag Race, MTV, and World of Wonder are proud to donate to ‘The Drag Defense Fund’ in support of the ACLU’s LGBTQ+ rights work.”
