Any partner working with Unbounce is considered a sub-processor—for example, the billing system we use to manage customer subscriptions. By signing a DPA with our sub-processors, they are legally bound to manage our customers’ data in a GDPR compliant manner.
Data processor DPA
When you use Unbounce, we act as your data processor. By signing a DPA with us (per GDPR Article 28.3), Unbounce legally commits to manage your customer lead data in a GDPR compliant manner.
