About Unbounce

Unbounce was developed after experiencing first hand the frustration of trying to get effective landing pages launched for our own online marketing campaigns.

It's important to get things done quickly in marketing, a task made more difficult when you have to rely upon I.T. resources who have their own priorities and processes. We also realized that I.T. doesn't relish the idea of having to drop everything to develop a landing page.

By giving marketers control over their landing pages, everybody wins.

Oli has seen more landing pages than anyone on the planet. He coined the term Conversion Centered Design, and speaks internationally on the subject. At Unbounce, he lives in front of a 20ft whiteboard, mashing up landing page optimization to create better conversion experiences. His disdain for marketers that send PPC traffic to a homepage is legendary.

Before Unbounce

Oli's had a wide range of amazing and shitty jobs in his 17-year career, pizza delivery guy (during the dotcom crash), to Expedia photographer, to interaction designer. In his role of usability lead at Bodog, he created a study that made the company President literally fall off his chair in shock at the state of a failing million dollars/day user flow.

Outside of Unbounce

Oli's delusional sense of invincibility tends to bring him into direct contact with Charismatic Quadrupedal Megafauna. This has the tendency to increase the number of "what if you get hit by a bus" discussions at work.

At Unbounce

Georgiana is serious about awesome marketing. Good thing her team is as talented as they come, and good thing Unbounce calls the best web marketers in the world friends and partners. It's not easy, marketing to marketers, and she likes it that way. Most days you can find her proving it's possible to be a doer AND a perfectionist.

When not working, Leslie spends a good chunk of her time hanging with her dog Timmy. She can also be found trying to get better at video games, watching HBO, running, or trying to figure out her next traveling adventure. Leslie is involved with the Minerva Foundation of BC, which endeavours to elevate the visibility of women leaders in BC, something Leslie is very passionate about.
