Rick is the evangelist spreading the word of the Unbounce mission. With over 10 years in interactive and marketing, Rick has held senior management positions in creative and strategy starting at Riptown where he developed and lead an award-winning creative marketing team who's innovative work in product and positioning helped propel it's main client into a billion dollar gaming powerhouse.
In the last 8 years, Rick has been responsible for the effectiveness of the conversion funnel where landing pages were not always used because of the challenge of getting them built and deployed in a timely manner. From his experience, the idea for Unbounce was born. The end result is available here.

Carl has been building software professionally for over 20 years, and specifically has been constructing web-based software since 1996. As CTO and Chief Software Architect for one of Bodog's largest suppliers, he is well-versed in building and maintaining high-performance, highly available web sites.
Carl is a passionate yet practical technology visionary, who brings to Unbounce a wealth of experience in software development and technology infrastructure management.

Jason Murphy has 18 years of experience in bringing innovation to life in ground-breaking internet product development, branding, multi-disciplinary design, and business strategy. Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Unbounce Marketing Solutions and CoFounder of Fire450 Internet Product Development, he has served as Director of User Experience for Reframe It, a revolutionary browser extension product, and previously created and guided the design teams of award winning web publishing tools and visual communications for broadcaster CTV and others.
More recently he has served as Director of Operations for a highly regarded private educational institution where he lead the successful development of a for-profit design program and the design and deployment of the school's MakeUp for Film and Television facilities.

Justin is a user interface designer and software developer whose experience spans 16 years of innovative solutions. Most recently, he helped Reframeit.com implement their Firefox browser plug-in which allows users to create, read and share annotations on any website.
Justin led the UI design of MediaBz, a video-centric content management and web publishing system that powered the CTV News website. Following this Justin worked at Vision Critical, where he developed innovative market research applications for clients including Ipsos Reid and BC Lotteries before moving on to join Bodog Entertainement, where he oversaw the most significant redesign of their flagship web property bodog.com. Justin is also a co-founder of Fire450 Internet Product Development and is a co-founder of FanYard.com.

Oli is the resident landing page expert, hailing from a background in usability, interaction design and conversion marketing garnered over 13 years of making the internet a better place for both businesses and customers. Oli has worked internationally from the financial district in London, to Edinburgh, Vancouver and Costa Rica.
As Editor In Chief of the Unbounce blog, he writes on the topics of conversion rate optimization, landing page design and lead generation. Oli is also the voice behind the Unbounce Twitter account.
Oh, and he came up with the name Unbounce...

Outside of Unbounce, Carter is also a partner and co-founder of Chez Nous Presents, a music promotions company in Vancouver, BC.
