Industry-leading Security and Performance

When you’re handling customer and lead data, your marketing platform needs to be up to the task too. That’s why Unbounce has security and performance standards for all plans, and supercharged security and compliance features for enterprises with strict I.T. departments.

All Plans
99.99% uptime

Our worldwide server distribution makes working in Unbounce fast and reliable. Fun fact: Unbounce is down for fewer than 5 minutes per year.

Automatic SSL encryption

Show your customers you’re all about data security with HTTPS landing pages that display a green padlock next to the URL. If your page is built in Unbounce, this is all automatically done for you!

Accurate reporting

Keep your conversion data clean and accurate by excluding company traffic using I.P. filters. After all, you and your customers browse your site pretty differently.

Single sign-on (SSO) with Google

If your company is using a lot of software, keeping track of all the usernames and passwords can be overwhelming. With SSO, you can manage tens of thousands of users across hundreds of apps. Usernames, permissions, de-authorizing… everything can be accessed from one place.

Session timeouts

We’ll automatically log you out of web sessions to make sure that even if you’ve left your computer unattended while you’re logged on, your account is always secure.

Secure domain ownership

If different people try to use your domain in Unbounce, they have to confirm their identities so that they can’t just create fake pages and tools under your domain.

Brute-force protection

If someone tries to break in by repeatedly guessing your password, we’ll lock your account and let you know.

Awesome page performance

Located in California, New York, Ireland and Singapore, our servers keep your Unbounce content loading fast by directing requests from your page visitors to the server closest to them.

In addition to the standard features for all plans, Enterprise accounts also get:

Audit logs

If you have multiple people working on the same project (especially when clients have editing access), audit logs can be a lifesaver. Not only do you have a record of user activity in your account, you can also easily export reports in case you need to review any incidents.

Two-factor authentication (2FA)

Your password can be guessed or hacked, but getting a hold of your cell phone is going to be harder. That’s why most large enterprises require it as a standard. Good news for you is that Unbounce is one of the only conversion platforms out there with two-factor authentication built right in without you having to go through integrations or workarounds.

Unbounce is a PCI Level 4 Merchant and has successfully completed all SAQ A-EP requirements. This means that we process credit cards with a third-party payment processor, and we won’t store or access any credit card details.

General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

Unbounce takes data security seriously. We’re taking immediate steps to understand the GDPR requirements and investing in our product, processes, and documentation—all to achieve compliance by May 25, 2018.
