It’s good to see the book, “Influence” by Robert B Cialdini out there as an infographic. I read this book during grad school and can’t recommend it enough. Another great infographic here. Landing page conversion is something that we have been focusing on a lot over the past year and there are some great tools out there to help with it. Crazy Egg has been a personal favourite of mine, but like you have outlined in your article, it is all about understanding the motivations of your target market and evoking an emotional response with the content you are putting in front of them.
